Served as a Producer on Crucial Conversations a six-episode series that aired on GPB/PBS and social media. In this Telly Award-Winning episode, “Crucial Conversations: Burial Grounds”, host and Pulitzer Prize-winning author of “Slavery by Another Name", Douglas Blackmon, sits down with Civil Rights historian, author and curator, Dr. Karcheik Sims-Alvarado; an attorney for Norfolk Southern, Vanessa Sutherland; and community activist and co-chair of the Proctor Creek Stewardship Council, Donna Stephens, to discuss the secrets buried at Atlanta's Chattahoochee Brick yard.
